Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks as well as routines, tips and tricks on his Instagram. Jo died from an aneurysm in the year 30 on the 30th of June 2023. Jo was suffering from pain in his neck just prior to his death. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death via posting on Instagram. His then girlfriend Nicha also followed suit.
